Day 7 "Not Sure What to do Now"

Well, by this point the typhoon is over.

Yay.

You may or may not have noticed that I have at this point changed shirts twice.  One would get wet, I'd change out of that and put on another and keep that on until the first one was dry enough to wear again.  This is about the time the typhoon left us and we were leaving some big building.  I don't remember what it was but I remember it wasn't that interesting.  It was uninteresting enough for people to tell us not to go up there because it was a long way up and you can't really see anything.  Which sucks.  Ahhh well, notice the umbrellas?  I refused to carry them until now.  I didn't want an umbrella.  I didn't care if I got wet.  The most notable thing from all this is that the Japanese and the people in my group really aren't used to a half nekkid big Asian.  Yes there were times where I just walked around with my shirt off.  Yes it was amusing for me.  Responses I got ranged from shocked horror from the Japanese to amused chuckles from the people in my group.  I guess by this time they've gotten used to my antics a little.  No I didn't take any pictures of that.  Why the hell would you want to see them anyways?

Regardless this was the best part:

Ramen.

Oh lordy this stuff is good.  You have no idea how simple this system was.  There is this store as you can see in the picture (this is the side of it).  At the front is a vending machine.  You put your money in and it spits out a ticket.  You then give the ticket to the guys behind the counter and they make the stuff!  Just like that.  No cashier no fancy talk just money in machine and fresh ramen.  Oh man do I like this ramen.  This was the best ramen I had in Japan.  I've had more ramen since then but it was never better than this places.  So good, so good.
