Day 7 "Not Quite Done Yet"

After much walking around Japan all they while trying to be entertaining one gets really tired.

"Sissy"

This was the hotel that many of you heard me talking about.  Here's the story:

We walk into a hotel and it's quite, but not the type of quiet that a hotel has.  It's dead quiet like no one is talking or doing anything else at all.  Then the music hits and we turn around.  There, standing on the large stairway is a lady wearing a wedding dress.  We stumble upon a wedding.  A wedding in a hotel?  Yup a wedding in a hotel.  I guess there aren't any gardens or big churches to get married in within Japan.  Even if there was why would the Japanese get married there?  If I were Japanese I'd get married in the big American corporate building I just bought, but that's just me.

Here's the kicker, when we walk in some more trying not to disturb the ceremony I notice something.  Everyone and I mean EVERYONE has their phone up and looking thru it.  I strafe behind them and what do I see?  PEOPLE ARE RECORDING THE WEDDING WITH THEIR PHONES!!!  Damnit!  They have cameras that can do that?!  DAMN.  Remember when I was talking about why Japan was so far ahead of usHere's a scanned image I got from one of the many flyers for phones I got from Japan.  You better believe I got a lot of these books.  They were just sitting there for free.  It was like nerd porn.  Well anyways let's move on.
